If you have a current (paid) subscription, you can easily cancel it yourself. This applies to all our subscriptions (Light (old), Plus, Pro, or Premium) and durations (Month, Year). The subscription will then remain active until the last day of your subscription. After that it will not be renewed automatically.
- Go to your MyAccount and look at your orders
- Click to manage orders and subscriptions. Your are redirected to a customer portal (provided by our partner Stripe) and a screen like below is shown.
- Select the option to cancel plan, push the button to cancel. After cancelling we ask you about the reason(s) to help us understand how we can improve our services.
